Acquisition of Citizenship

If that "citizenship program" is not in the law, it still may exist - some countries are not really governed by laws, but rather by corrupt officials. Ask yourself if citizenship of such country can be of any use to you, or to anybody. Don't get fooled by promised of "visa-free" travel. And ask yourself, what the guarantee is, that your passport will be renewed, when it expires.
