If you received your PayPal payment confirmation, but not our Download Link, and it's not in your Junk Mail folder, please check your mail again in 15 minutes. These occurrences are extremely rare, and they don't cancel your email, but simply delay it.

If you have no visa at all, and hold a passport of a country whose language you don't even speak, prepare to be scrutinized. They are totally aware of the existence of "purchased citizenships", and they consider them signs of suspicious activity.
