What is PDF?

PDF (portable document file) is a file that will look the same on the screen and in print, regardless of what kind of computer or printer someone is using and regardless of what software package was originally used to create it. Your computer might already have the software necessary to read PDFs - Adobe Reader (also known as Acrobat Reader). If you don't have it, you can download it for free here.

When can I expect delivery?

Immediately after purchase. Make sure your email is valid before making your payment, as we have no way to contact you otherwise. "Digital Delivery" implies that the product is considered delivered the moment you are given the possibility to access its text.

Why didn't I get my download link?

There are three possible reasons. We will list them here in order of "popularity". 1.Your email address is not valid. Perhaps you don't use it too often. Hotmail addresses, for example, expire after only one month of inactivity. Paypal would still process your payment, and you can still login into your PayPal account with an expired email. Make sure your email works before making the purchase. 2. Your incoming mail filters placed our message into your Junk Mail Folder (Undesired Mail, Spam Folder, etc.) Check that folder. If you also requested to be added to our Mailing List, it would be wise to add us to your Address Book. In this case, our messages will not be classified as Spam (Junk) in future. 3. Our web server, just like any other servers in the world, can be "down". Usually, if such problems happen, they are resolved within minutes, or at most one hour. If you received your PayPal payment confirmation, but not our Download Link, and it's not in your Junk Mail folder, please check your mail again in 15 minutes. These occurrences are extremely rare, and they don't cancel your email, but simply delay it.

Can I get my money back?

Our refund policy is simple: once you had the chance to download the material purchased, it is considered consumed, and no refunds are possible. We do refund the money paid in case you made a double purchase, i.e. uknowingly paid twice for the same eBook.

Some sites talk about "visa-free" travel offered by some countries. What do they refer to?

This is one of the most popular tricks. By "visa-free" travel, they mean one of the two things: 1) you don't need a visa to TRAVEL to, for example, Germany. When you try it at your airport, you will find out, that you indeed can TRAVEL to Germany, but only if you have an onward ticket to another country, where you have right of entry. That way you can TRAVEL to Frankfurt and use its airport facility during 24 hours. Example: You bought yourself a passport of Suriname. You can travel to Germany with no visa, but you will not be able to get out of the airport, unless you leave on another plane, flying to a country like Nepal, which grants anybody entry for USD 50. 2)United Kingdom is often mentioned to say, "visa free travel to UK". The point is, the United Kingdom has a totally different concept of immigration processing. You must convince the Immigration Officer at the Point of Entry in the United Kingdom that you should be granted a permit of stay. Very often it is actually more difficult to enter on "no-visa" than on a "visa". A valid visa in your passport gives the Immigration officer some kind of certainty that your application was duly processed by the UK consulate in your country, and some checks have been completed. If you have no visa at all, and hold a passport of a country whose language you don't even speak, prepare to be scrutinized. They are totally aware of the existence of "purchased citizenships", and they consider them signs of suspicious activity.

Can you recommend a country for second citizenship?

It will depend on your needs. While it may seem that most people need a second passport for easier travel, many other reasons can be stated. For example, US citizens don't usually have problems with visas: they often get second citizenships for security reasons. Traveling through Middle East on a US passport is much riskier than on an Argentine passport. The more neutral and pacific is a country, the more popular it is. In fact, the US Citizenship is one of the LEAST popular at this time, due to insecurity and to extremely deep involvement of state in citizens' private life, as well as a heavy tax burden. The answer will also depend on how much you can spend. Citizenship of Nevis may cost you much more than that of Dominican Republic, but achieve similar goals.
